Michaela Estill Rychener

Class of '06

After high school graduation, Michaela attended Toccoa Falls College where she graduated with a BS in Early Childhood and a minor in Theological and Biblical Studies.  In 2015, she received her Master of Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University.  Michaela and husband, Jon, and have been married for 11 years and have 3 children.  We moved to Illinois when he accepted a position at Northwoods Community Church.  Michaela taught in the classroom for 6 years before accepting a position in elementary administration.  Now in her sixth year as the assistant principal at Hickory Grove Elementary School in Dunlap, IL.  Michaela was recently recognized as the ‘Administrator of the Year’ in her school district. Michaela says that, “Grace was where it all began and I'm forever grateful for the positive impact it made on my life.”
