5 Easy Steps to Enroll in K-12

Step 1: Schedule Visit

The first step is to schedule a personal visit, an Educational Success Consultation (ESC), with our experienced and caring principal. The ESC will focus on the aspirations and goals you have for your child, academic preparation, planning for the future, and our commitment to a strong partnership between school and home.

Text or Call (423) 892-8224 ext. 1

Step 2: Apply

Once the ESC is completed you may go to the online application. This site will guide you through the application process. A one-time $100 application fee (non-refundable) is required upon submission of a completed application. Admissions Coordinators will offer guidance through this process as needed.

Step 3: Shadow Day

As part of the admissions process, prospective students for grades K-12 spend a regular school day at Grace, hosted by a current student. Our Admissions Coordinators will work hard to fulfill prospective students’ requests for particular classes, events, and activities.

Walk our hallways and sit in our classes. Meet students, teachers, and staff and get to know what life is really like at Grace Baptist Academy.

Step 4: Placement Testing

A current standardized test or norm-referenced test is needed for students who are entering Kindergarten through 12th grade. If this is not available, an academic placement test will be administered. Our Admissions Coordinators will schedule a testing date for your student.

Step 5: Required Records

A number of records and references are required of all students applying for Kindergarten through 12th grade. Some of these forms can be printed from the online application or provided by our Admissions Coordinators who will be happy to help you along the way. Admissions Committee

Our admissions committee reviews each applicant as soon as the preceding steps are completed. We will communicate our decision to you immediately and begin the process of getting your student enrolled.

Grace Academy admits students of any race, color, or ethnic origin to all the rights and privileges, programs, and activities of the school. In addition the school will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarships, tuition, and educational programs or extra-curricular activities.
