Grace Baptist Academy is qualified for the Educational Savings Account (ESA) program in the state of Tennessee. This program enacted by state law to be offered to residents of Hamilton County. The fundamental goal of this legislation is helping qualified parents to have the freedom to choose the school they desire for their child. This program has household income level qualifications and at this time is only available for those living in the Hamilton County school district. Furthermore, to qualify for this $9,346 (full year amount for 2024-25) grant per child, your student MUST qualify in one of three ways for this coming year:

• enroll at GBA in Kindergarten in the 2025-26 school year

• attended a public school (1 full year preceding) or started Kindergarten during the 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 school years

• move to Tennessee from out of state and enroll at GBA (any grade level and from any school) in the 2025-26 school year

And then you also must have an Annual Household Income below the following levels (will increase for 2025-26):

2 household members max: $53,144         6 household members max: $109,096

3 household members max: $67,132          7 household members max: $123,084

4 household members max: $81,120          8 household members max: $137,072

5 household members max: $95,108         Each additional member beyond 8, $13,988
