Our Leadership

Our team of leaders are dedicated followers of Christ committed to serving Grace Baptist Academy in their respective roles. Our philosophy and practice of leadership is built on two major pillars. 

First, we are called to lead by serving. We serve our families, our staff members, and most importantly, our students by skillful administration, strategic decision-making, and sacrificial efforts to cultivate excellence throughout our institution. It is our desire to follow the example of Jesus in this way. 

Second, we believe teamwork is God’s plan for effective ministry. Blending the efforts of our board, administration, faculty, and staff is a key to our success. We are convinced that a collaborative effort is a biblical pattern we must follow.
